Tartufi

  1. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out a ball of vanilla gelato.
  2. Stuff a cherry in the center of it and place on a sheet tray.
  3. Working quickly, repeat with remaining cherries and gelato and place sheet tray in freezer for 20 minutes or until ready to serve.
  4. When serving, sprinkle each tartufo with sprinkles or cocoa powder.
  5. Serve immediately.
