Kim's chicken enchiladas

  1. in medium bowl combine chicken 1 cup cheese chilies and onion
  2. in bottom of 3 quart oblong baking dish spread 1/2 can enchilada sauce set aside
  3. roll up chicken mixture in tortillas place seam side down in enchilada sauce
  4. pour enchilada sauce over enchiladas sprinkle with cheese
  5. cover bake at 350F 25 minutes
  6. top with lettuce sour cream and tomatoes
