Curried Pork Kabobs

  1. For marinade, in medium bowl stir together yogurt, orange juice and seasonings.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Add pork cubes to bowl, stir to coat with amrinade.
  4. Cover and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
  5. Remove pork from marinade, discarding marinade; with paper towels lightly pat pork dry.
  6. Skewer pork evenly on skewers.
  7. Grill over medium-hot coals, turning frequently, for about 10 minutes, until nicely browned.
