'61 Imperial
- 12 ounce white rum
- 12 ounce vodka
- 12 ounce rum, 151 proof
- 12 ounce creme de banane
- 1 ounce blue curacao
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- In a hurricane glass filled with cubed ice, add the first 4 ingredients.
- Add the pineapple juice, stir well
- Float the blue Curacao on top.
- Garnish with a pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry.
