Brigitte Sealing's Noodles Florentine Recipe
- 8 ounce Medium noodles, cooked and .liquid removed
- 2 c. Cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Crushed basil
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 pkt 10 ounce frzn, liquid removed, .minced and thawed spinach
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. Melted butter
- 1/4 tsp Thyme, crushed
- In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, lowfat sour cream, salt, tabasco, basil and thyme.
- Stir in noodles.
- Turn into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle over the casserole.
- Cover and bake at 350F for 45 min.
