Brigitte Sealing's Noodles Florentine Recipe

  1. In a large bowl, mix spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, lowfat sour cream, salt, tabasco, basil and thyme.
  2. Stir in noodles.
  3. Turn into a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  4. In a small bowl, combine butter and bread crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 min.
