Oat Crunchie Biscuits
- 1/4 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- 1 oz. rolled oats
- 2 oz. sugar
- 1 tbsp. warmed syrup
- 2-3/4 oz. self-raising flour
- 2 oz. margarine
- Sieve flour and soda into mixing bowl with rolled oats.
- Put margarine, syrup, sugar in pan over light heat.
- Stir.
- When fully melted pour into mixing bowl and stir.
- Take teaspoons of the mixture and roll into balls.
- Place on greased baking tray.
- Bake on top of oven for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool on wire tray.
