Poblano Steak
- 2 6 Oz Steak
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- pinch Kosher salt
- dash ground pepper
- 2 large poblano peppers
- 1/4 stick butter
- 1 bunch green onion
- clove garlic
- Dice poblano peppers and set aside.
- Cut butter into small slices.
- Dice green onions about 1/8 cup.
- Season steaks with kosher salt and pepper.
- Add steaks to hot pan with olive oil along with peppers, green onions, and crushed garlic.
- Add mushrooms after steaks are seared on both sides.
- Add butter to pan and baste for 1 minute.
- Cook until medium well or your preference
