In A Minute Muffins

  1. Use a large (3-4 qt.)
  2. bowl to mix dry ingredients.
  3. Stir in buttermilk, oil and eggs, mix well.
  4. May be stored up to 4 weeks in refrigerator, tightly covered.
  5. To bake, fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees 12-15 minutes, until done.
  7. Can be made, frozen and reheated in a microwave.
  8. Add nuts, raisins, currants, chopped fresh apple etc.
  9. each batch, or crumb toppings.
