Season's Pecan Praline Peaches
- 1 quart peach, drained
- 13 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- 2 -3 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
- Mix the brown sugar, flour, butter and cinnamon with either a fork or a pastry cutter till it resembles coarse ground meal.
- (You can also use your fingers).
- Stir in pecans.
- Place peaches in shallow baking dish or you can use ramikens for individual servings.
- Cover with topping.
- Place under broiler for 3-5 minutes, be careful not to let this burn.
