Our Favorite Vinaigrette
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 13 cup red wine vinegar
- 13 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons garlic
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup olive oil
- Measure mustard into a bowl.
- Whisk in vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
- Continue to whisk mixture while slowly dribbling in olive oil until mixture thickens.
- You do not have to add full 1/2 cup if you want to reduce it.
