Our Favorite Vinaigrette

  1. Measure mustard into a bowl.
  2. Whisk in vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
  3. Continue to whisk mixture while slowly dribbling in olive oil until mixture thickens.
  4. You do not have to add full 1/2 cup if you want to reduce it.
