Cabbage And Mushroom Pierogi Filling Recipe
- 1 head cabbage, shredded
- 1 can sauerkraut, washed
- 2 c. mushroom, minced
- 1/4 c. dry mushrooms
- 1 lrg onion, minced fine
- 1/4 bn dill, minced fine
- 1 dsh salt
- 1 dsh pepper
- Cook cabbage for 15 min in boiling water.
- drain and cold.
- Saut onion in butter and Salt Pork fat untill golden.
- add in cabbage and saurkraut and dill and cook for 10 min.
