Ray's' Easy Spaghetti & Meatballs
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1/2 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 finely diced purple onion
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 jars of your choice of spaghetti ssuce
- 1 large can diced Italian tomatoes
- 1/2 can tomatoes paste
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 cup water
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or to taste
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 spaghetti noodles
- Start by diceing your onion & add all ingredients together for meatballs.
- Make your meatballs to desired shape.
- Set in fridge till you start meat sauce
- Sauce: start by adding ground beef into pan and add minced garlic cook till almost done.
- Now add in all other ingredients cook on low heat for 25 minutes.
- Taste for seasonings.. Add in meatballs to sauce cook for another 30 minutes on medium low heat till meatballs are done.
- Now cook noodles as direct.
- Garnish plate with parsley flakes..enjoy!
