Spiced Brown Sugar Salmon With Peach-Kiwi Salsa

  1. Combine all salsa ingredients in bowl.
  2. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  3. Heat gas grill on medium or charcoal grill until coals are ash white.
  4. Combine all glaze ingredients in bowl.
  5. Place salmon onto grill, skin-side down.
  6. Brush salmon with glaze.
  7. Close lid; grill 6 minutes.
  8. Brush salmon with remaining glaze.
  9. Continue grilling 9-10 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
  10. Serve with salsa.
  11. *Substitute 1 cup frozen peaches, thawed, coarsely chopped.
  12. Oven Directions: Heat oven to 425F.
  13. Place salmon onto aluminum foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  14. Brush with glaze.
  15. Bake 6 minutes; brush with remaining glaze.
  16. Continue baking 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
