Roasted Vidalias

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Arrange onion wedges on jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray; lightly coat onions with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper over onions.
  4. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn wedges over; bake an additional 25 minutes or until onions are tender.
  6. Spoon onions into a serving dish and drizzle with vinegar.
