  1. Mix all ingredients and cook with low fire, stir always 5 to10 minute depending on temperature.
  2. Mix until it becomes sticky, and in the last minute put some koikuchi soy sauce for flavor.
  3. After that leave in a case/tupperware and keep in the chiller for half day or over.
  4. Cut into square pieces (any size you like), serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
