Chocolate Popovers

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Heavily grease 12 non-stick muffin cups.
  3. In a medium bowl whisk the eggs, milk and butter together.
  4. Add flour, chocolate and salt; beat until smooth.
  5. Divide the batter between the 12 muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until puffed and crisp on the tops.
  7. Serve as soon as possible.
  8. Garnish with powdered sugar, fruit or berries.
