Delicious Corn Bread Recipe

• 1/4 c. honey
• 1 c. buttermilk
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp. melted butter
• 1 c. yellow cornmeal
• 1 c. unbleached white flour
• 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt

2. Beat together egg, buttermilk and honey.

4. Mix well together all dry ingredients.

6. Combine all ingredients, including melted butter and mix well.

8. Spread into buttered 8 inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min.

10. Serve warm with softened butter mixed with honey.
11. Mmmmmm...good!
