Peas Be My Valentine

  1. Heat the oil over medium heat.
  2. When hot, add the onion.
  3. Stir and cook until translucent, starting to brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add the brown mustard seeds.
  5. When they start to sizzle and pop, add the curry powder, garlic, ginger and honey.
  6. Stir well, and then add the peas.
  7. Cook a few minutes until the peas are heated through.
  8. Turn off the heat, stir in the sour cream and serve.
