Spicy Tequila Lime Shrimp Tacos

  1. Add all ingredients together except Shrimp.
  2. Microwave for one minute
  3. Set aside to cool while you peel and blot dry your Shrimp
  4. Put Shrimp in gallon size zip lock bag and add marinate
  5. Refrigerate for about 1 hour
  6. Put Shrimp on skewers or use barbecue veggie roasting pan.
  7. Cook on grill until shrimps are pink
  8. Place Cilantro, Jalapenos, and garlic in blender
  9. Pulse 4-5 times to mix
  10. Add Mayo to blender and blend well, about 1 minute
  11. Add small amount of cabbage in each tortilla,
  12. Sprinkle onion and cheese
  13. Lay 2 or 3 avocado slices on top
  14. Spread 4 shrimp on top
  15. Drizzle with Cilantro Lime Sauce
  16. Enjoy
