Antipasto Pizza Recipe
- 1 x 220 g Long Life pizza base
- 1 Tbsp. Sundried tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh basil, finely minced
- 75 gm Pecorino Romano cheese, grated (3oz)
- 1 x 290 g jar antipasta
- Preheat the oven to 220 C, 425 F, Gas Mark 7.
- Spread the pizza base with the sundried tomato paste.
- Sprinkle over the minced basil and the grated cheese.
- Pile on the antipasta.
- Place in the oven for 10-15 min till the cheese melts, serve warm.
- NOTES : A quick and easy pizza using store cupboard items.
