Fudge Cake
- 1 pkg. wine biscuits (plain biscuits)
- 4-1/2 oz. butter
- 4-1/2 oz. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. cocoa
- Chocolate icing
- Crush biscuits in food processor.
- Melt butter, sugar and cocoa in a pot.
- Remove from heat, add well-beaten egg.
- Cook again, but don't boil.
- Pour mixture into curshed biscuits and mix well.
- Press into shallow square dish and refrigerate for 3 hours.
- Ice with Chocolate Icing, and cut into squares when set.
