Fudge Cake

  1. Crush biscuits in food processor.
  2. Melt butter, sugar and cocoa in a pot.
  3. Remove from heat, add well-beaten egg.
  4. Cook again, but don't boil.
  5. Pour mixture into curshed biscuits and mix well.
  6. Press into shallow square dish and refrigerate for 3 hours.
  7. Ice with Chocolate Icing, and cut into squares when set.
