Blueberry Glace Pie Recipe

  1. Soften cream cheese with lowfat milk, mix with sugar, sprinkle with nutmeg.
  2. Spread on pie shell.
  3. Simmer 1 c. blueberries and water for 4 min.
  4. Mix sugar and cornstarch.
  5. Add in butter, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice.
  6. Add in mix to cooking berries; cook till thick and clear.
  7. Add in 3 c. whole fresh berries to mix; pour into cooked pie shell.
  8. Chill.
  9. May serve with whipped cream on top.
