Blueberry Glace Pie Recipe
- 1 (9-inch) cooked pie shell, cooled
- 6 ounce. cream cheese
- Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Nutmeg
- 1 c. blueberries
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 c. whole fresh blueberries
- Soften cream cheese with lowfat milk, mix with sugar, sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Spread on pie shell.
- Simmer 1 c. blueberries and water for 4 min.
- Mix sugar and cornstarch.
- Add in butter, salt, cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Add in mix to cooking berries; cook till thick and clear.
- Add in 3 c. whole fresh berries to mix; pour into cooked pie shell.
- Chill.
- May serve with whipped cream on top.
