Banana Cream Pie
- 1 (15 ounce) can Comstock banana cream pie filling
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant banana pudding mix or 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 cup whipped topping, thawed
- 2 -3 ripe bananas
- 1 (6 ounce) graham cracker pie crust
- In large mixing bowl, mix banana cream filling, condenesed milk, pudding mix and whipped topping on low speed until well belended, 1-2 minutes.
- arrange a layer of bananas over crust.
- top with half the filling.
- repeat with second layer of bananas and filling.
- refrigerate 10 minutes or until ready to serve.
- if desired, garnish with additional whipped topping and banana slices, dipped in lemon juice.
