24 Hour Salad

  1. Mix well-egg, lemon juice, and sugar.
  2. Cook until thick.
  3. I usually microwave, in short 15 second intervals until thick.
  4. Mix together fruit, and add egg mixture.
  5. Mix well as the lemon mixture will prevent the bananas from turning color.
  6. Add to mixture, the marshmallows and whipped cream.
  7. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
