Russian Coffee Cake Recipe
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Pie filling
- Cream sugar, Large eggs and oil.
- Then fold in vanilla.
- Beat well.
- Add in flour and baking pwdr.
- Grease sides of 9"x13" pan.
- Put half of mix on bottom.
- Then sprinkle half of sugar mix on this.
- Next add in 1 can of pie filling.
- Follow this with rest of cake mix and rest of sugar mix.
- Bake 50 min at 325 degrees.
