Russian Coffee Cake Recipe

  1. Cream sugar, Large eggs and oil.
  2. Then fold in vanilla.
  3. Beat well.
  4. Add in flour and baking pwdr.
  5. Grease sides of 9"x13" pan.
  6. Put half of mix on bottom.
  7. Then sprinkle half of sugar mix on this.
  8. Next add in 1 can of pie filling.
  9. Follow this with rest of cake mix and rest of sugar mix.
  10. Bake 50 min at 325 degrees.
