Breakfast in 5 Minutes! Easy Fluffy French Toast
- 2 slice Sliced sandwich bread (I used 6-slice loaf, but use any thickness you like)
- 1 Egg
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Honey
- 1 tsp Butter
- Put the ingredients in a deep dish and mix together.
- Slice the sandwich bread into halves, coat both sides evenly with the mixture from Step 1, and microwave uncovered for 40 seconds at 500 W. Flip them over and microwave for another 40 seconds.
- Melt the butter in a heated frying pan, and pan-fry the slices of bread.
- When both sides are golden brown, transfer to a plate and drizzle on honey if you like.
