Plum Good Pork Ribs Recipe
- 3 to 4 lbs. pork spareribs
- 1/2 c. Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/2 c. plum jam
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. orange juice
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Pam vegetable cooking spray
- Cut ribs into serving pcs; place in shallow pan, sprayed with Pam (meaty side down).
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Bake in 325 degree oven 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, combine soy sauce, plum jam, honey, orange juice, and garlic.
- Remove foil; drain off drippings.
- Brush both sides of ribs thoroughly with soy sauce mix.
- Pour remaining sauce proportionately over ribs.
- Return to oven and bake 30 min, brushing ribs with sauce every 10 min.
