Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake

• 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted, cooled
• 2 eggs
• 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1. Heat oven to 325F.
2. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.
3. Add chocolate; mix well.
4. Add eggs; mix just until blended.
5. Pour into crust.
6. Bake 40 min.
7. or until center is almost set; cool.
8. Refrigerate several hours.
