Topping

• 1 1/2 cups sliced and sweetened strawberries, drained
• 1 cup whipped cream

1. Fold strawberries into whipped cream.
2. Spread over chilled pie.
3. Chill for at least 8 hours.
4. Garnish with whole berries and mint leaves.
