Mexican Corn Bread Recipe

• 2 pkg. yellow corn bread mixes
• 2 pkg. Mexican corn bread mixes
• 1 med. onion, minced fine
• 2 lbs. sausage, cooked and crumbled
• 2 1/2 moons Longhorn mild cheddar cheese
• 1 (16 ounce.) can creamed corn
• Jalapeno peppers, diced (add in to desired taste)

1. Mix corn bread according to directions.
2. Add in remaining ingredients.
3. Pour into two 9 x 12 pans.
4. Cook at 400 degrees till golden, about 10 to 15 min.
