Crunchy Green Salad Recipe
- 1/4 c. minced pecans
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 8 c. assorted greens
- 2 c. sliced celery
- 2 c. green grapes, halved
- 1/3 c. pomegranate seeds
- 3 kiwi fruits, peeled, sliced
- Put all dressing ingredients in a jar.
- Shake well.
- Chill.
- Put pecans and sugar in a small skillet, stir over low heat till the sugar melts and coats pecans.
- Remove nuts from pan and spread on waxed paper.
- Prepare greens and fruits.
- At serving time combine greens in large bowl.
- Add in celery, grapes, pomegranate and kiwi.
- Pour dressing over all and toss well.
- Add in pecans and serve.
