Pumpkin Raisin Muffins
- 2 cups Raisin Bran cereal
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
- 13 cup agave nectar (I prefer the amber)
- 1 cup ground oatmeal (consistency of flour)
- 13 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg
- 14 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- Combine all ingredients in order as listed.
- Fill muffin cups 3/4 full in either paper liners or lightly greased tins.
- bake 375 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
- Makes approximately 12 muffins.
