Dinner Meatballs

  1. In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, cheese, milk, minced onion, minced garlic, and salt and pepper.
  2. Form into 1 1/2" meatballs.
  3. In a large skillet, brown meatballs on all sides in hot oil; drain excess fat.
  4. Sprinkle meatballs with paprika and stir.
  5. Add onion.
  6. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes- you may have to add a little water to the pan if it seems dry.
  7. In a medium bowl, combine gravy and sour cream.
  8. Pour over meatballs and heat through, but do not boil.
  9. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
