Tex-Mex Burgers
- 1 12 lbs ground chuck
- 1 egg (optional)
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 teaspoon pepper
- deli-prepared guacamole
- sliced jalapeno pepper (for topping)
- lettuce (optional)
- tomatoes, slices (optional)
- onion, slices (optional)
- pickle, slices (optional)
- Mix ground chuck with egg, worcestershire, salt, and pepper.
- Form into 4 or 5 patties about 1/2 inch thick, and 4 inches in diameter.
- Cook on grill for 5-6 minutes on each side, or in a skillet for 4-5 minutes.
- Spread some guacamole, and jalapeno peppers on each bun.
