Shrimp With Ginger-Herb Butter

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in small bowl until well blended; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Brush 13x9x2 inch metal pan with some of the seasoned butter.
  4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in prepared pan; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread all of butter mixture over shrimp, dividing equally.
  6. Broil shrimp just until opaque in center, about 2 minutes.
  7. Transfer shrimp to plates.
  8. Spoon butter from pan over shrimp.
  9. Serve with lime wedges.
