Golden Mint Punch
- 30 -35 mint sprigs
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 quarts boiling water
- 2 13 cups lemon juice (fresh, frozen or canned)
- 2 quarts orange juice
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple juice
- 1 quart ginger ale
- 1 quart sparkling water
- 12 mint sprigs
- 1 cup lemon, zest of
- Wash mint.
- In 4 quart saucepan, place 30-35 mint sprigs, sugar and water.
- simmer uncovered for 10 min.
- Chill and make sure all ingredients are chilled.
- Strain mint syrup.
- add lemon, orange and pineapple juice.
- add ginger ale and sparkling water.
- top with 12 mint sprigs and zest.
- serve at once.
