Smoked Brisket Recipe

  1. Mix liquids.
  2. Marinate 24 hrs, turn after 12 hrs.
  3. Cook in sauce 4 hrs at 300 degrees.
  4. Remove and refrigerateto slice more easily.
  5. Serve hot with sauce.
