Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies
- 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup unsalted butter at room temperature
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup hazelnut spread, such as Nutella brand
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 oz mini M&M`s
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line baking sheets,with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl, set aside
- In another larger bowl bet butter and sugars until light and fluffy,add eggs and vanilla
- Add in hazelnut spread and combine.
- Stir in flour and mix just until combined, don't over mix.
- Fold in M&M`s and white chocolate chips
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
- Place on parchment paper with a 2 inches space between them.
- Flatten balls slightly with palm of your hand.
- Bake 9 to 12 minutes just until cookies are just set, don't over cook.
- Cool on cookie sheet 2 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool.
