Vanilla-Berry Crush

• 1 lemon, ends discarded, cut into wedges
• 3 large strawberries, hulled
• Crushed ice
• 1 ounce genever
• 1 ounce creme de fraise or other good-quality strawberry liqueur
• 1 ounce vanilla liqueur

1. In a rocks glass, muddle the lemon wedges and strawberries.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice, then add the genever, creme de fraise and vanilla liqueur.
3. Pour the drink into a pint glass and then back into the rocks glass; pour back and forth 3 or 4 more times to mix well.
4. Serve the cocktail in the rocks glass.
