Buttermilk Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (200 C.) F.
  2. Cream sugar and butter; add flour and eggs alternately.
  3. Add vanilla and buttermilk and extract, put in pie shell.
  4. Set oven at 350 degrees (175 C.) F.
  5. Cook about 1 hour or until pie doesn't shake.
