Watermelon sorbet

  1. Dissolve the jelly and sugar in cold water and leave aside.
  2. Mix watermelon in a blender.
  3. Add jelly and lemon juice.
  4. Put it in an icecream maker and in refrigerator for 2-3 hours, thickens without becoming compact mass.
  5. Mix it in blender.
  6. Leave another 2 hours in refrigerator, struck again fluffyand in refrigerator.
  7. Repeat procedure 1 more time.
  8. Share mixture in 10 ice sticks and put in refrigerator to cool.
