Daikon Radish Curry that's Simple & Deep Flavor
- 15 cm Daikon radish
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 180 grams Minced meat (chicken, beef/pork mix, pork are OK)
- 1 to 2 pieces Garlic
- 1 piece Ginger
- 4 tbsp Plain yogurt (OK if you don't have)
- 4 tbsp Curry flakes (I recommend Yokohama Hakurai Tei)
- 2 tbsp 2 tablespoons Ketchup, Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
- Cut the daikon into 1 cm cubes.
- Grate the garlic, ginger, carrots, and onions.
- It's a pain washing them, so I grate them together.
- Heat a frying pan on medium heat and cook the minced meat.
- Once the meat has browned, add all the grated materials from Step 1.
- Once fragrant, add the daikon and cook.
- Once the daikon's color has changed, add the materials and cook.
- Transfer to a serving plate and top with poached egg (as desired) and it's complete!
