Chicken Chinese Casserole Recipe
- 1 chicken, boned & cubed
- 1 (3 ounce.) can chop suey vegetables, liquid removed
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced thin
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. salad dressing, mayonnaise
- Sliced almonds
- Mix soup and salad dressing together.
- Add in other ingredients.
- Bake in 13"x9" pan at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
