Rejuvenating Sesame Marinated Bonito
- 350 grams Katsuo (bonito) (seared or raw)
- 1 large Onion
- 1 packet Radish sprouts
- 5 tbsp Ground white sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Garlic (grated)
- Mix all of the ingredients together.
- Thickly slice the bonito into 5mm thick pieces.
- Add the marinade from Step 1, mix it up a bit and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Cut the onion thinly and lightly rinse with water.
- Cut the radish sprouts in half.
- Put on the onion slices at the bottom, bonito on top, and garnish with radish sprouts.
