JELL-O Rainbow Cups

  1. Boil 3/4 cup water.
  2. Add to blue gelatin mix in small bowl; stir 2 min.
  3. until completely dissolved.
  4. Refrigerate 10 min.
  5. Pour half the blue gelatin into separate small bowl.
  6. Add 1/4 cup yogurt; mix well.
  7. Spoon into 8 clear (6-oz.)
  8. cups.
  9. Refrigerate 15 min.
  10. or until gelatin is set but not firm.
  11. Meanwhile, let remaining blue gelatin sit at room temperature until ready to use.
  12. Cover creamy gelatin layers in cups with remaining blue gelatin.
  13. Refrigerate 15 min.
  14. or until set but not firm.
  15. Meanwhile, boil 3/4 cup of the remaining water.
  16. Add to lime gelatin mix in separate small bowl; stir 2 min.
  17. until completely dissolved.
  18. Refrigerate 10 min.
  19. Continue as directed to make a total of 8 layers.
  20. Top with COOL WHIP before serving.
