Baked Pork Tenderloin

  1. Brown meat in generous coating of butter flavored non-fat spray.
  2. Remove from skillet and place in casserole.
  3. Add a little flour to drippings and add chicken broth and mushrooms.
  4. Stir until heated and mixed.
  5. Pour over pork tenderloin and bake at 350F (180C) for 1 hour.
