Luscious Passionfruit Cheesecake

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs, butter and lemon juice.
  2. Press into the base of a 18cm spring form pan; chill.
  3. Combine jelly and water and stir until jelly has dissolved.
  4. Cool to room temperature, do not allow to set.
  5. Beat Philly* until soft and smooth, add the jelly and passionfruit.
  6. Pour filling over base, refrigerate until set.
  7. Decorate with seasonal fruit.
