Delicious Fruit Kabobs With Strawberry Dip

  1. SRAWBERRY DIP: Cream all together at low speed in a mixing bowl until well blended.
  2. Cover and chill 2 hours.
  3. FRUITS: Drain pineapple, reserving juice to later pour or brush over assembled fruit kabobs to keep fruit from turning brown.
  4. Thread fruit of different colors on wooden skewer sticks or 6-inch plastic drinking straws.
  5. Eat kabobs dipping into strawberry dip.
  6. Mmmm -- delicious.
