Brown Bear In The Orchard Recipe

• 1 x (20 ounce.) can applesauce
• 1 x (14 ounce.) package gingerbread mix (and its related ingredients)

1. Heat applesauce in a camping Dutch oven over warm coals.
2. Prepare Gingerbread mix according to package directions.
3. Pour over warm applesauce.
4. Cover Dutch oven.
5. Place in warm coals.
6. Bake for 20-30 min, till gingerbread tests done.
7. Serve with whipped cream (or possibly we've used condensed lowfat milk).
8. Serves 8
