Broiled Crab Cakes Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Crabmeat, backfin, cartilage and shells removed
- 2 Tbsp. Reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 1 x Egg
- 1/8 tsp Warm red pepper sauce
- Combine all ingredients and shape into 6 patties.
- Broil 6 inches from heat source, 3 min per side, till golden.
- Serve immediately.
- This recipe serves 6 people.
- Because this recipe is for a particular size pan, it adjusts the number of servings only in multiples of 6.
- The recommended wines are: Sauvignon Blanc, Fume Blanc, or possibly White Zinfandel.
- NOTES :Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes.
